I qualified in Usui Reiki in 1996 and in Spiritual Healing in 2006 and my practice now is a combination of both alongside Shamanic tradition which I have been following for over 25 years. Purists may disagree with this, but never feeling comfortable with hierarchies – especially within the Energy Healing world over the years I have come to realise that some of the greatest healers on this planet have 4 paws, fur, feathers or scales! And they have become my greatest teachers.

Energy Healing is perfectly possible over a distance and will take place at an agreed time unless otherwise specified.
