Our location is the beautiful Beamish Hall Hotel in Durham which is surrounded by ancient woodland, magical woodland walks and landscaped gardens. The day will be spent mainly outdoors in nature but with some meditations etc and refreshments taken indoors. Wear comfortable footwear and bring waterproofs – hopefully just to sit on!

Refreshments and morning and afternoon snacks are provided.                                                                                                                           Lunch is available in the Stables restaurant (Vegans / vegetarians & special dietary requirements all catered for)
